Booking & Pricing
Studio East is available to hire on an ongoing and one-off basis, subject to availability.

PLEASE NOTE - All bookings for Studio East require 50% payment at the time of the booking, with the remaining 50% to be paid no less than 7 days prior to your hire date. Bookings made within 2 weeks of the hire date require immediate payment in full.

For long-term, regular weekly hire, payment is required in full on a month by month basis to secure your regular time slots.

Hourly Hire
Monday - Friday - Hourly hire is charged at £25.00 per hour, with a minimum hire requirement of 2 hours.

Saturday - Sunday - Hourly hire is charged at £35.00 per hour, with a minimum hire requirement of 2 hours.
A discounted rate is available if you are a business looking to hire the studio on an ongoing basis, e.g. to host weekly classes. The minimum hire requirement for ongoing hire is 1 hour. ​​
Full-Day Hire
Monday - Friday - Studio East full-day hire (9 hours for the price of 10) is charged at £225.00.
​
Saturday - Sunday - Studio East full-day hire (9 hours for the price of 10) is charged at £315.00.
